Quit a job is often caused by some issues. Here in this the article, I will briefly discuss these top 10 reasons that lead to quiet job.



1. You Found a New Job. Everyone wants to grow. No matter whether it’s slow or fast but everyone wants it. When someone finds a new and better job, he/she will definitely leave the old one. It’s the most common reason for quitting a job.  
2. You Hate Your Job. Departure to home often caused by hating to what you are doing. If you don’t have the confidence in doing good, then you will start hating your job. Most people start hating their job due to their hectic working hours.

3. Illness.  Mostly illness leads to quitting a job whether it’s personal or family member illness. In case of illness, you need to make sure you are using your company’s health care insurance policy. So, your company will be responsible for your proper diagnose. Also, get you medicine from a recommended physician.

4. Difficult Work Environment.   When are you stick to your point while doing the job and your colleagues and boss are not accepting it? This condition causes a severe environment to change which often leads to quitting the job.

5. Schedules and Hours.  Hectic working hours and less cooperation of colleagues & boss. These circumstances put an employee in a drastic condition. Especially when you need to take care of your children's schooling times. At that time the work appears as very difficult. The doer felt himself in a cage-like structure from which he needs to come out. Which causes the quit of the job.

6. Going Back to School.  Going back to school, college, university to complete education cause a schedule change. Which leads to leaving the full-time job.

7. Career Change.  Everyone wants to shift his career after spending a long time doing the same thing again and again. A sentence from a management science book explain this situation very well. “Over expertise leads towards boredom and lack of interest”.

8. Relocation.  When you moved to his hometown to give time to your friends and family. It’s dead sure to leave that job pace to move to fulfill your family responsibilities. Mostly this is common in Lahore (A city in Pakistan).
9. You Got a Permanent Position.  When you get a chance to be a permanent member of any organization no matter whether its Government or Private. you will leave your current temporary job and become a permanent position holder to secure your job.

10. What Your Inner Voice Tells You. Once a mentor told me about to recognize and listen to my inner voice (that was my guts). That person was a famous motivational speaker Tony Robbins (Mind Transformer).  Sometimes that inner voice remains very helpful while accepting and declining a job.
